Good governor.

Qualities of a good governor.

In 2018 in Mexico, there will be elections to elect a new president, but it is increasingly difficult because there is nowhere to choose from, the promises of all the candidates are the same every six years, and of course, they are not fulfilled, and better not to mention of the corruption that increases every day.

But in our hands (citizens) is to choose our representative, and that is why the qualities that a good president should have are shown below:

Miguel Carbonell in his newspaper article mentions 6 features. (Carbonell, M., 2012)

1. Ability as a public communicator: A good president must be, above all, a good communicator.

2. Organizational capacity: Must have sufficient capacity to choose good collaborators.

3. Political leadership: A good president must be clear about the direction he/she wants to give to his/her government, the measures that must be taken to achieve his goals and the support he requires for that purpose. Must give a permanent sample of leadership.

4. Clarity in their public policies: The performance of a good president should be based on a preconceived master plan, in which clearly articulate the purposes to be achieved, the areas responsible for each issue, the execution times of the projects and the way in which accounts will be rendered regarding the progress made and those not achieving.
 5. Ability to process information: Must have a great capacity for analysis, which allows him/her to separate the grain from the chaff, which guides you to the greater or lesser accuracy of what you hear or what you read, and above all it must be able to digest the information essential to making decisions, quickly and effectively.

6. Emotional intelligence: Must be able to exercise a great self-control over their emotions. He/she can not let anger, anger, anger, even indolence or disinterest in any subject win him/her.

On the other hand, Alejandra Cardona shows 8 characteristics that according to the bible a good representative must have:(Cardona, A. 2015)

1. Must love your people.
2. Be a good server.
3. Be a good husband or wife.
4. Is not greedy or greedy.
5. Look for wisdom.
6. Is humble.
7. Is sober.
8. Is educated and surrounds himself with the same people.

Although many candidates do not have even one of them, these are just some characteristics for them to take into account and choose their president carefully.

Political fanaticism.

Political fanaticism.    In recent years, a very latent phenomenon that has been growing dangerously and vertiginously, in a context of high polarization; this distorter is presented as an enemy of electoral conscience and a healthy and mature democracy, it is political fanaticism.    But let's start by defining fanaticism:    According to the definition of the Royal Spanish Academy : it is an “excessive passion and tenacity in the defense of beliefs or opinions, especially religious or political ones”.    For Voltaire: “Fanaticism is to superstition what delirium is to fever, what rage is to anger. He who has ecstasies, visions, who takes dreams for realities and his imaginations for prophecies is a novice fanatic with great hopes; he may soon get to kill for God's sake."    Therefore, fanaticism is identified by the desire to impose their ideas, despise those who are different, be based on a series of thoughts that are unquestionable, have a square view of t

Earthquakes-Mexico

Earthquakes in Mexico.   In Mexico along with other countries, earthquakes are very common and this is because it is part of the Belt or Ring of Fire, located on the coasts of the Pacific Ocean and is characterized by concentrating some of the most important subduction zones of the world, which causes an intense seismic and volcanic activity in the areas covered.   The National Seismological Service in Mexico recorded only 16 thousand 540 earthquakes in the last 12 years, which means that there are almost 4 earthquakes per day in the country. Throughout the history of Mexico there have been dev astating earthquakes of great magnitude: One of the largest earthquakes in Mexico was March 28, 1787, on the coast of Oaxaca, with a magnitude of 8.6. It is also known as "The Great Mexican Tsunami," and caused one of the greatest damages in the history of Oaxaca, flooding everything in its path up to six kilometers inland, near what is now Puerto Angel and
