New training techniques.
Taking advantage of one of the purposes of the new year, of almost the majority of people is to exercise, now I bring these new training techniques that don't require huge machines to perform.
Zumba
Although Zumba is not so recent it has been transformed. Zumba is a discipline of Colombian origin who was born in the nineties, and is a mixture of Latin rhythms: salsa, merengue, flamenco or bachata, and aerobics that has become fashionable routine for weight loss.
It's a fun class, and make it easy for anyone because it helps increase your energy, improve your coordination, creates a feeling of well-being and reduces stress by helping to release endorphins.
Currently there are different ways of doing Zumba as:

TRX
This training was created by the US military to strengthen physical fitness of the soldiers, this technique was born from the need to exercise the body without the benefit of traditional gym equipment or adequate space for it.
The TRX allows you to train your whole body with the same "accessory". It is a Suspension training that provides advantages because each exercise of the suspension training develops functional strength while improving flexibility, balance and stability of the central part (core) body, as required in any sport or in everyday life.
The feet or hands of the person are supported by an anchor point, while the opposite end of the body is brought into contact with the ground. When the TRX is used, the desired percentage of body weight rests on the desired body part and a dynamic exercise movement.
Insanity
This physical training helps you achieve the ideal figure working the body, heart, mind and spirit.
Insanity, combines exercises to aerobic and anaerobic intervals, which will ask you always your maximum effort, ie you will make as many repetitions in the shortest time, generating cardiovascular endurance and a slender body, and will work every muscle. These intervals can range from a few seconds of explosive exercises, until several minutes of high intensity exercise with short breaks between each block.
