Hoy decidí escribir sobre las dietas y productos milagro, para bajar de peso, pero yo las llamaría Dietas y productos de peligro, escribo de esto porque estaba leyendo acerca de un caso de una mujer que se comió, lombrices (solitarias exactamente) para bajar de peso y me puse a pensar en lo egoístas que somos con nosotros mismos, que por tener las cosas "rápidas y fáciles", no medimos las consecuencias que eso nos deja.

Todas estas dietas y productos lo único que logran hacer es dañar el cuerpo y su salud, que aunque por fuera ustedes se vean y se sientan bien porque perdieron peso rápidamente, por dentro no es así y su cuerpo se los dirá con el paso de los días.

Yo lo único que les puedo recomendar es que busquen especialistas en nutrición, y si ustedes no pueden pagar un nutriólogo empiecen modificando su alimentación, agregando vegetales a todos sus alimentos, coman fibra, frutas, carbohidratos, beban agua; yo siempre he dicho que la clave está en medir las cantidades, y comer equilibrada y sanamente, y por supuesto combinarlo con el ejercicio estos dos aliados son los que verdaderamente ayudan, y no hay pretexto para no hacerlo.

Y siempre recuerden que LO BARATO SALE CARO.

Today I decided to write about diets and miracle products to lose weight, but I would call dangerous diets and products, I write about this because I was reading about a case of a woman who ate worms(tapeworms exactly) for weight loss and I started thinking about how selfish we are with ourselves, that by having the "quick and easy" things don't measure the consequences this leaves us.

These diets and products what they do is damage your body and your health, even though on the outside you look and feel good because you lose weight quickly, the inside is not, and your body will tell you over days.
 
The only thing I can recommend is that you seek nutritionists and if you can't afford a nutritionist start changing your diet, adding vegetables to all your meals, eat fiber, fruits, carbohydrates, drink water; I've always said that the key is to measure the amounts, and eat balanced and healthy, and of course combined with exercise, these two allies are the real help, and there is no excuse for not doing so.

And always remember that "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR".
