Los 5 Ritos Tibetanos.

Decidí escribir sobre los 5 ritos Tibetanos porque desde que a mí me los recomendaron y comencé a hacerlos, quiero decirles que yo me he sentido muy bien, y estos ejercicios de verdad funcionan.

En primer lugar les explicaré que estos 5 ritos Tibetanos: son un sistema yogui de posturas y ejercicios altamente energizantes. Los monjes tibetanos los desarrollaron para rejuvenecer el cuerpo, y lo que estos ejercicios hacen, es estimular y acelerar los 7 chakras del cuerpo, los cuales comprenden a las 7 glándulas endócrinas:

1° chakra Muladhara - glándulas reproductoras
2° chakra Swadhisthana - páncreas
3° chakra Manipura - suprarrenales
4° chakra Anahata - timo
5° chakra Vishudda - tiroides
6° chakra Ajna - glándula pineal
7° chakra Sahasrara - glándula pituitaria

Son varios los beneficios que podemos obtener haciendo los 5 ritos entre los cuales:

* Un incremento en energía. Tienes más resistencia y vigor. Te       sientes menos cansado.
* Te sientes más calmado y menos estresado.
* Un aumento en tu capacidad de concentración mental y también más claridad mental.
* Aumento de la flexibilidad.
* Dormir mejor, con sueños más vívidos.
* Más definición muscular en los brazos, estómago, caderas, piernas y espalda.
* Tu salud en general mejora.  No te enfermas tanto.

* Aumenta tu fuerza de voluntad, tu disciplina y tu habilidad para completar tus objetivos.

* En las mujeres alivian el síndrome pre-menstrual.
* Tanto en mujeres como en hombres re-avivan la energía sexual.

* Actúan sobre el sistema óseo previniendo contra la osteoporosis.

Estos son los 5 ritos Tibetanos:
Lo mejor es empezar la primera semana con 3 veces cada rito y luego aumentar 2 veces más, cada semana hasta llegar a 21.



The 5 Tibetan Rites.

I decided to write about the 5 Tibetan rites because since recommended them to me and I started to do, I want to say that I have felt very good, and these exercises actually work.

First I will explain these five Tibetan rites are a yogi system of highly energizing postures and exercises. Tibetan monks developed to rejuvenate the body, and what do these exercises is to stimulate and accelerate the 7 chakras of the body, which comprise at 7 endocrine glands:
