Listening.

Being a good listener.

As the saying goes "Who does not speak, God does not hear" talking helps us to communicate, but it is important to good communication able to express ideas, speak properly, working with non-verbal communication, but also to listen it is important to understand others.

I do not know if it happened to you, that have met with people who speak perfectly but when you speak, they do not listen. For all those people here have them a few points that can be implemented.

  • Stop talking: you can not hear if you are talking.
  • Put comfortable to who is speaking: help him to feel that he is free to speak.
  • Show him you want to hear: look and act interested. Do not use your cell phone or check your mail while he is talking to you.
  • Eliminate distractions: not distracted playing, writing, watching videos, etc.
  • Try to be empathetic to the other: try to put yourself in the place of another, so that you can understand his point of view.
  • Be PATIENT: spend some time and DO NOT interrupt.
  • Keep your mood: an angry person takes the worst meaning of the words.
  • Be cautious with your arguments and criticisms: this puts the other on the defensive, or predispose crossly.
  • Ask questions: it stimulates the other and shows that you are listening and to help develop other topics.
  • Stop talking: this is the first and the last. All other rules depend on this. You can not be a good listener while you are talking.

I consider these points that help us to have a better relationship with the other, either in the factor: family, work, etc.

So you know all this practice to improve communication, in addition to knowing how to speak we must learn to listen to others, do not forget.

Political fanaticism.

Political fanaticism.    In recent years, a very latent phenomenon that has been growing dangerously and vertiginously, in a context of high polarization; this distorter is presented as an enemy of electoral conscience and a healthy and mature democracy, it is political fanaticism.    But let's start by defining fanaticism:    According to the definition of the Royal Spanish Academy : it is an “excessive passion and tenacity in the defense of beliefs or opinions, especially religious or political ones”.    For Voltaire: “Fanaticism is to superstition what delirium is to fever, what rage is to anger. He who has ecstasies, visions, who takes dreams for realities and his imaginations for prophecies is a novice fanatic with great hopes; he may soon get to kill for God's sake."    Therefore, fanaticism is identified by the desire to impose their ideas, despise those who are different, be based on a series of thoughts that are unquestionable, have a square view of t

Earthquakes-Mexico

Earthquakes in Mexico.   In Mexico along with other countries, earthquakes are very common and this is because it is part of the Belt or Ring of Fire, located on the coasts of the Pacific Ocean and is characterized by concentrating some of the most important subduction zones of the world, which causes an intense seismic and volcanic activity in the areas covered.   The National Seismological Service in Mexico recorded only 16 thousand 540 earthquakes in the last 12 years, which means that there are almost 4 earthquakes per day in the country. Throughout the history of Mexico there have been dev astating earthquakes of great magnitude: One of the largest earthquakes in Mexico was March 28, 1787, on the coast of Oaxaca, with a magnitude of 8.6.
