Women-mood changes

Female hormones.

I decided to write this topic because seeing some comments of men, who tell women crazy, they do not understand us, we are hysterical, etc. Well first of all for us it is not easy to live with these hormonal changes. Well, this is not to have pity us to know the following, but understand it's all a swirl inside us.

First, we know the main hormones in women:

Female hormones determine the characteristics of a woman's body. There are two kinds of female hormones (estrogen and progesterone) and, from there, different kinds.

Estrogens:
Regulate the activity of the genital tract, favor the flexibility of capillaries, bone strength and prevent certain respiratory problems. When they go down, there is nervousness, anxiety, muscle aches, flushing and premenstrual discomfort.

Progesterone:
Involved in the menstrual cycle and activity of the genital tract. If there is imbalance, the body retains more fluid and swells (there may be nausea, irritability, drowsiness and fatigue).

DEA:
It increases the body's resistance to fatigue and improves the elasticity of muscles and skin. If it drops, weakness and muscle aches, severe fatigue, memory loss and lowering of defenses may appear.

Testosterone:
Increases female sexual desire, it promotes self-esteem and makes the body retain less fat and more easily removed. Its increase would provoke aggressiveness and irritability; his descent, loss of sexual desire.

Cortisol:
Regulates the body's response to stress, triggering the production of adrenaline. If they raise their levels can occur nervousness, anxiety and heart palpitations. If they are too low, fatigue, discouragement and decreased muscle mass.

Oxytocin:
It increases the sensitivity of the genital tract, desire and the degree of pleasure in sex. If it falls, it would loss of sexual desire and inability to reach orgasm.

Thyroid hormones:
Regulate metabolism and how the body burns calories from food. When low quantity, increases weight, chronic fatigue and depression may occur. If it is too high, weight loss, eye problems, seizures, inability to relax and anxiety.

Symptom.

All women are subjected to more hormonal changes than men, since the onset of puberty to menopause. And these hormonal fluctuations affect the mood of each of us, but do not think that we like to be crying for all or move from happiness to anger in a jiffy. These variations of character are usually related to the hormonal cycle of menstruation and different symptoms, but according to different studies are about 150 symptoms.
(This fact, I do not know, wow)

In every woman hormones act differently, hormones are the same but act differently. The levels rise and fall each month in menstrual cycles and also vary according to the age and characteristics of each woman. There is no written rule to follow.

  • Headaches.
  • Increased sensitivity.
  • Colic, this pain is sometimes so very strong, that does not allow us to stand up and causes vomiting).
  • Acne.
  • Pain in the lower back.
  • Fluid retention.
  • The breasts become inflamed and painful.
  • Irritability.
  • Specific food preferences. (Chocolate, something spicy, bread, cheese, etc.)
  • Changing sleep.
  • Weight gain.
  • Hair loss.
  • Constipation.
  • Be aware not to stain of blood.
Well as you will see this is very complicated, but all women we deal with this and we can follow routines to calm some of these symptoms, because there is not something that can remove them.

Between what we can do is:

Practice exercise.
Drink enough water.
Good nutrition.
And of course go with a gynecologist.

Political fanaticism.

Political fanaticism.    In recent years, a very latent phenomenon that has been growing dangerously and vertiginously, in a context of high polarization; this distorter is presented as an enemy of electoral conscience and a healthy and mature democracy, it is political fanaticism.    But let's start by defining fanaticism:    According to the definition of the Royal Spanish Academy : it is an “excessive passion and tenacity in the defense of beliefs or opinions, especially religious or political ones”.    For Voltaire: “Fanaticism is to superstition what delirium is to fever, what rage is to anger. He who has ecstasies, visions, who takes dreams for realities and his imaginations for prophecies is a novice fanatic with great hopes; he may soon get to kill for God's sake."    Therefore, fanaticism is identified by the desire to impose their ideas, despise those who are different, be based on a series of thoughts that are unquestionable, have a square view of t

Earthquakes-Mexico

Earthquakes in Mexico.   In Mexico along with other countries, earthquakes are very common and this is because it is part of the Belt or Ring of Fire, located on the coasts of the Pacific Ocean and is characterized by concentrating some of the most important subduction zones of the world, which causes an intense seismic and volcanic activity in the areas covered.   The National Seismological Service in Mexico recorded only 16 thousand 540 earthquakes in the last 12 years, which means that there are almost 4 earthquakes per day in the country. Throughout the history of Mexico there have been dev astating earthquakes of great magnitude: One of the largest earthquakes in Mexico was March 28, 1787, on the coast of Oaxaca, with a magnitude of 8.6. It is also known as "The Great Mexican Tsunami," and caused one of the greatest damages in the history of Oaxaca, flooding everything in its path up to six kilometers inland, near what is now Puerto Angel and
