Pilates The last post was about the 5 Tibetan rites and following the same path I decided to write about the Pilates method. This method owes its name to its creator Joseph Pilates who was seeking alternatives to strengthen the body, working the "Powerhouse" consisting of: abs, the base of the back and buttocks.
