2020 arrived and there is no better way to start than with a positive mind, but what does this mean? It is simply believing in oneself and that one can achieve everything one sets out in life, concentrating on the good things and in all the opportunities that appear.


Some of you might think it is very easy to say, but how to do it? When the current situations in which we live make us think otherwise, here I share some points that can help change that mental chip:
