A little bit of everything

Halloween.  This date has been becoming increasingly popular worldwide, on this date, well, since days before start of horror movies on TV, which I love to see , costume parties are made, etc. But we will know a little more of this celebration. Origin. The Celts celebrated the end of the year with Samhain, a celebration marking the end of the harvest season in the Celtic culture. Transition was a party, in which at night, rites and religious cleansing that marked the end of summer were celebrated . Irish immigrants brought with them this tradition and spread on the American continent. The ancient Celts believed that on the night of Halloween, spirits and ghosts roamed freely through the fields. They began wearing masks and costumes for these spirits did not realize that they were human living. It also has its origin in the Christian feast of All Saints Day. Esta fecha se ha ido popularizando cada vez más en todo el mundo, en esta fecha, bueno, desde días antes comienzan a pasar películas de terror en la televisión, las cuales a mí me encanta ver, se hacen fiestas de disfraces, etc. Pero conozcamos un poco más de esta celebración. Origen. Los Celtas celebraban el fin de año con el Samhain, una celebración que marcaba el final de la temporada de cosechas en la cultura celta. Era una fiesta de transición en la que por la noche se celebraban ritos de carácter purificador y religioso que marcaba el final del verano. Los antiguos celtas pensaban que durante la noche de Halloween los espíritus y fantasmas vagaban libremente por los campos. Being a good listener .   As the saying goes "Who does not speak, God does not hear" talking helps us to communicate, but it is important to good communication able to express ideas, speak properly, working with non-verbal communication, but also to listen it is important to understand others. I do not know if it happened to you, that have met with people who speak perfectly but when you speak, they do not listen. For all those people here have them a few points that can be implemented. Do not use your cell phone or check your mail while he is talking to you. Saber escuchar. Como dice el refrán "A quien no habla, Dios no lo oye", el hablar nos ayuda para comunicarnos, pero en una buena comunicación es importante saber expresar las ideas, hablar correctamente, trabajar con la comunicación no verbal, pero también el saber escuchar es de suma importancia para comprender a los demás. No sé si les ha pasado a ustedes, que se han encontrado con personas que hablan perfectamente pero cuando tú hablas, ellos no te escuchan. Para que todas esas personas aquí les tengo unos puntos que pueden poner en práctica. Deje de hablar: usted no puede oír si está hablando.   Ponga cómodo al que habla: ayúdelo a sentirse que es libre de hablar.   Muéstrele que usted quiere oír: parezca y actúe interesado. No use su teléfono celular o revise su correspondencia mientras le hablan.   Elimine las distracciones: no se distraiga jugando, escribiendo, viendo videos, etc.   Trate de ser empático con el otro: t
