HOME OFFICE-ENGLISH

 WORK AT HOME.

During 2020 all or most of the people had to adapt and work from home, which is nothing new since there were already people who worked that way, but it rebounded with the pandemic.

What is the home office?

It is literally a workspace within the home, a place adapted like an office.

Advantages of the home office.

As in all things, working at home can give us advantages and also disadvantages, and among the advantages, we can find:

  1. Flexibility and comfort: the schedule is one of the greatest advantages of the home office, after all, you can organize time and tasks.
  2. Quality of life and economy: organizing your time also means improving productivity and therefore improving your life.
  3. Sustainability: Yes, that's right, you will help the planet by working from home, as there will be fewer people traveling to their jobs, therefore, there will be fewer cars on the street and less use of public transport

Within what could be observed during 2020 was that the result of the work was much more efficient but there were also many bosses or superiors who did not respect the working time and did not let employees rest, loading them with much more work.

Points to consider about the home office:

  1. It is very important to have an exclusive place to work and that it has good lighting.
  2. Concentrate when you are doing your work as there will be thousands of things that will distract you.
  3. Have rest times.

Currently, the home office represents one of the best forms of work, but without a doubt, some countries still do not see the advantages that would be given to them if they were able to respect both the employees themselves and the working hours.

Political fanaticism.

Political fanaticism.    In recent years, a very latent phenomenon that has been growing dangerously and vertiginously, in a context of high polarization; this distorter is presented as an enemy of electoral conscience and a healthy and mature democracy, it is political fanaticism.    But let's start by defining fanaticism:    According to the definition of the Royal Spanish Academy : it is an “excessive passion and tenacity in the defense of beliefs or opinions, especially religious or political ones”.    For Voltaire: “Fanaticism is to superstition what delirium is to fever, what rage is to anger. He who has ecstasies, visions, who takes dreams for realities and his imaginations for prophecies is a novice fanatic with great hopes; he may soon get to kill for God's sake."    Therefore, fanaticism is identified by the desire to impose their ideas, despise those who are different, be based on a series of thoughts that are unquestionable, have a square view of t

Earthquakes in Mexico.   In Mexico along with other countries, earthquakes are very common and this is because it is part of the Belt or Ring of Fire, located on the coasts of the Pacific Ocean and is characterized by concentrating some of the most important subduction zones of the world, which causes an intense seismic and volcanic activity in the areas covered.   The National Seismological Service in Mexico recorded only 16 thousand 540 earthquakes in the last 12 years, which means that there are almost 4 earthquakes per day in the country.
