In the previous issue about chia, I mentioned something about the superfoods. Now I want to delve further into this topic.
Currently it has popularized the use of the word "Superfood" concerning to food and health, but there is no technical definition for this word, and as I mentioned this word is considered a marketing term.

A superfood is a concept for those foods found in nature; they are 100% natural and many Millennials (seeds, tubers, dried roots, herbs, algae, etc.). They have this name because in small amounts contain an enormous density of nutrients, and low in calories. They are superior sources of antioxidants and essential nutrients.
These superfoods are an excellent and effective way to nourish and detoxify our body. They are ideal for preventing or treating diseases, keep fit and energized, detoxify the body, strengthen your immune system and extend longevity because they provide nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and enzymes, and are very easily absorbed.

Among the foods considered superfoods we can find:
