Most people have experienced what it is to have control in your hands and that everything comes out as desired, but if you do not have proper care and handling of this feeling you can reach extreme cases of wanting to control everything that It surrounds you, becoming a silent disease.

Acute controlitis, as it has been recently baptized, is nothing more than the fear of the human being for not knowing how to accept that we can not control anything external.

Characteristics of people with acute controlitis.

1. Too demanding. They order what you have to do.
 
2. They think they know what is best for other people.
 
3. They are not able to tolerate uncertainty.
 
4. They want loyalty and obedience.
 
5. They can fall into obsessive behavior.
 
6. They always make judgments. They create their own mental histories to justify what they can not control, moving away completely from reality.
 
7. They criticize others excessively, projecting on others what they can not control in their own person.

How to heal from acute controlitis?

In order to be able to end this disease, the first thing is to feed the confidence in ourselves to be able to react in a good way in situations that get out of hand, to let things follow their course and flow through life, by doing this it is easy to see that each person, animal, and thing is doing what it deserves.
