Llevar a cabo los propósitos de año nuevo.

Cada año nuevo la mayoría de nosotros nos proponemos a cumplir con ciertos propósitos, pero también la mayoría no se ponen las pilas para realizarlos.

En mi opinión no existe ninguna fórmula mágica, sólo tu fuerza de voluntad para llevar a cabo esos propósitos. Pero para todos aquellos que les cuesta empezar a cambiar su vida, aquí les comparto algunos puntos que les pueden servir de mucha ayuda.

Antes que nada, lo primero que se debe realizar es plantearse metas reales.
No te propongas realizar muchas cosas, recuerda que entre menos sean, te concentrarás mejor y lograrás buenos resultados.
No obsesionarse en las metas que quieres alcanzar, disfruta del camino para llegar a ellas.
Siempre piensa positivamente.
Si uno de tus propósitos es bajar de peso no pienses en el número que quieres bajar y en el tiempo en el cual quieres perderlo, pues eso te frustrará y resultará peor, mejor empieza enfocándote en comer balanceadamente y encuentra un ejercicio en el que te sientas poderoso y disfrutes hacerlo, no te traumes con la alimentación algunos fines de semana puedes darte el gusto de comer lo que más te guste claro con moderación.
Busca algún apoyo para realizar tus objetivos.
Recompénsate por tus logros alcanzados.
Y lo más importante NUNCA RENUNCIES, continúa con tu nuevo estilo de vida.

Logra todo lo que anhelas, cabeza en alto y cumple tus propósitos.
